"Product details were spot on"
I ordered a couple things from MidwayUSA after spending a little time comparing the specs, what showed up was exactly what I expected.
The sizing, model fit info, and those small product details all lined up, which made the whole thing a lot easier. I’m guessing they must keep a close eye on their listings, because I didn’t run into any of the usual surprises that make you wonder if you ordered the wrong thing.
The photos helped too, and I didn’t have to deal with returns or second-guessing anything. Nothing dramatic, just a solid order where I got what I thought I was buying, so I’d use them again.

Not gonna lie, the sales emails are usually helpful, but sometimes there are just a few too many. I do like that it’s easy to change which emails I get, though.

"Solid quality, but instructions could be clearer"
The quality is solid and everything showed up just like it was supposed to. Overall I’m happy with it, but I was kind of expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer, especially for getting started.

I expected to just skim the product pages, but I’ve ended up using their how-to articles way more than I thought I would. The reloading and gear basics are written in a way that’s easy to follow, and they don’t feel overly pushy. I’m cautious about getting this stuff right, so it was nice having simple info that helped me avoid a few dumb mistakes before buying or trying anything.

"Canceling Felt More Difficult Than It Should"
I placed an order and then tried to cancel it, but the process was way more frustrating than I expected. I’m careful about where my money goes, so when canceling isn’t straightforward, it makes me uncomfortable. I just wish they made it easier to stop an order without having to jump through hoops.

I check MidwayUSA often for coupon codes and sale prices, and when a decent discount shows up, the total can feel fair even with shipping. Checkout was easy, and the promo code worked without any hassle, which I appreciated. I guess I was just a little disappointed that the savings weren’t as good as I was hoping for this time. Still, it’s a decent place to keep an eye on if you’re waiting for a deal

I ordered a handful of small parts along with some ammo boxes, and I was half expecting at least one item to be the wrong size or missing. But nope, everything in the box matched my order exactly. The quantities, item numbers, and sizes were all correct, even the tiny stuff that’s easy to overlook. I can’t prove it, but it kind of seems like someone actually double-checks the orders before they go out. Nothing fancy to say beyond that, but it was nice getting exactly what I paid for without having to chase anyone down or deal with a return. I’d order from them again...

"Good selection, usually has what I need"
I’ve had good luck with MidwayUSA overall. Their selection is solid, and I can usually find ammo, cleaning supplies, little parts—actually, that’s one of the main reasons I keep checking there instead of bouncing around to five different sites. Stuff does go out of stock here and there, which is annoying, but it’s been a good experience for me. I’d give it 4 stars...
